Terms of Service

By using Zabify (“the Service”), you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

Zabify is a free directory of restaurants whose meat is independently certified as Zabihah halal by recognised authorities — primarily HFSAA and HMS in North America. We do not own, operate, or independently inspect the restaurants we list. Listings reflect the certifying body’s most recent published status to the best of our knowledge at the time of listing.

You may browse, search, and share Zabify for personal use. You agree not to:

• Scrape the site at a volume that interferes with normal use.
• Republish our directory data in bulk without permission.
• Submit false, misleading, or abusive content via our forms.
• Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm any person or business.

We try to keep listings accurate and up to date but make no guarantee. Certification status can change. Before relying on any listing, especially for religious observance:

• Confirm the restaurant’s current certification directly with the certifying body.
• When in doubt, ask the restaurant about its supply chain and slaughter method.

Zabify is not liable for inaccuracies, outdated information, or decisions you make based on a listing. Use of the directory is at your own discretion.

When you submit a listing, correction, or message, you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it. We may edit, decline, or remove any submission at our sole discretion.

The Zabify name, branding, copy, and design are ours. Restaurant names, addresses, certification badges, and similar facts belong to their respective owners. Don’t copy the site’s look or branding to mislead users into thinking another service is Zabify.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zabify and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
